You've all must of thought I've dropped off the face of the earth, well I was just in hiding busy with orders and custom pieces and painting, not only my house but new faces. I'm really looking forward to the week after Christmas when I have off for a whole week; I will sit in my robe and wander in my own thoughts, make new jewelry and complete twin portrait paintings, oh it will be glorious. Well hello, it's been a while, hope you are all doing well!!!! I'm finally getting settled and things are looking up. I've been busy as always but was able to sit down last week in my new blush pink studio, to create some new jewelry. March is upon us and so is daylight savings. To kick off March I want to in Spring with some Red Heart 13 shop updates.

~ March is going to be our last month for FREE SHIPPING! Unfortunately I can no longer afford to pay for shipping of items, especially with today's economy. However during the rest of the year I will be considering having certain weeks where I offer free shipping. I will be posting another announcement to remind everyone about this change.

Spool, Spool, Spool!

You all might of hear of miss Alison from the silly stories I may have told about work. Well Alison is truly my side kick and also is addicted to etsy. In fact, she has a very shop of her own called Spool.

Originally, her shop was going to support her new creative endeaver (back in '07) of sewing. Hence the name, Spool. Unfortunately, Alison hadn't sewn since Home Ec back in the day, but for some reason her mind told her that she could just jump right back into it & know what she was doing. Next thing she knew, the needle was jammed (and bent) and Alison had to put that bad boy away to start up an assemblage piece. And a collage, and soon after, beautiful jewelry.

Alison recently has revamped her shop, spending many weekends and even work hours sprucing it up for the upcoming spring. So let us take a look her triumphs:

~ 2) A truly rare species are these Fruit of the Divine earrings, which bloom once every sixty-five years in early Spring.
